1. Your account and authority
Keep your account details accurate and your access secure. Connect only a social account or channel you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Review each platform's consent screen before granting access. You are responsible for the people you invite into your ANTRAMIC account and the permissions you give them. Do not send us your platform password, session cookie, or OAuth token.
2. YouTube API Services
ANTRAMIC uses YouTube API Services for connected YouTube features. By using ANTRAMIC features that access YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also review the Google Privacy Policy and our YouTube data practices.
Our connected workflow is designed for a channel you own or can manage. You may revoke consent in ANTRAMIC connection settings or through Google Account Connections. You may not use ANTRAMIC to scrape YouTube, evade API limits, obtain data without permission, or resell YouTube API data. The available read-only workflow does not publish, edit, or delete YouTube content on your behalf.
3. Instagram and X pilot features
Instagram and X connections are limited pilots. If offered to your account, use them only for an account you own or may manage and only with the scopes you approve. Your use of those platforms remains subject to the Instagram Terms of Use and X Terms of Service. ANTRAMIC is independent of Meta and X.
Do not use the service to scrape, bulk export, resell, misrepresent, or target individuals with Instagram or X content, or to evade platform restrictions. Connected data may be delayed, incomplete, or removed when a platform changes access or a user removes content. ANTRAMIC does not promise access to unavailable history, deleted content, or automatic posting.
4. Content and AI output
You retain rights in original briefs, notes, prompts, and other material you submit. You give ANTRAMIC permission to host and process that material only as needed to provide, protect, and support the requested service. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it and will avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Summaries, sentiment labels, themes, recommendations, forecasts, and similar results are ANTRAMIC-generated interpretations. They may be inaccurate and are not official YouTube, Instagram, or X metrics, endorsements, or guarantees of views, income, sponsorship, or growth. Review the source, date, and context before acting on them. Some derived features may be withheld until the relevant platform allows their use.
Brand and affiliate flows described on this website are planned. They do not create a right to browse private creator data, book a campaign, receive a commission, or obtain a payout. If these features launch, participation and any sharing of creator information will require the applicable permissions and separate terms or disclosures where needed. Separately from those planned flows, ANTRAMIC runs its own referral programme: you can refer other people to ANTRAMIC and be paid for it. That programme is operated through LemonSqueezy, who approve each affiliate, calculate any commission and make the payment to you under their own affiliate terms. ANTRAMIC does not hold or pay those funds, and joining it in your workspace does not create a payment obligation from ANTRAMIC to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not access another person's account or private data without authorization; make private reports public without permission; harass, discriminate against, or infer sensitive traits about individuals; send malware or disrupt the service; evade platform or ANTRAMIC limits; misstate ANTRAMIC estimates as official platform metrics; or use the service in violation of law, intellectual property, privacy rights, or a platform's policies.
ANTRAMIC may offer editable drafts, but the current read-only YouTube connection does not post them. Any future write action would require a separate, clear permission and your final approval where the platform requires it.
6. Access, plans, and payment
Feature access depends on your account and rollout stage. A roadmap item is not a commitment to deliver it by any date. If you purchase a paid plan, the price, currency, billing interval, included limits, renewal, tax, cancellation, and refund information presented in that purchase flow will apply. ANTRAMIC sells its own product functionality, not raw access to a platform API. Contact team@antramic.ai about billing or cancellation.
7. Disconnect, deletion, and termination
You may disconnect a platform using available account controls, revoke access through the provider, or request help at team@antramic.ai. You may request account deletion. Connected data is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy. ANTRAMIC may suspend access when needed to address abuse, security risk, nonpayment, a legal obligation, or a platform policy issue. Suspension does not remove applicable deletion obligations.
8. Service changes and limits
Platform access, API rules, and product features can change. ANTRAMIC may change, pause, or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with law or platform rules, or improve the service. The service and AI outputs may contain errors and are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Updates and contact
