Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This policy explains how ANTRAMIC handles information when you visit this site, request access, or use the Creator OS and a connected platform feature. Contact team@antramic.ai with questions or requests.

1. Scope and account access

ANTRAMIC is a creator workspace. A public website visit does not connect your social account. Platform data enters the private Creator OS only after an authorized account holder approves the relevant platform consent screen. Access to a feature depends on its rollout, your account, and permissions granted by the platform.

Only you and account users or agents you expressly authorize should see your private connected reports. You may decline a platform connection; the related feature may then be unavailable.

2. Information we handle

  • Account and service information: name, email address, account identifiers, profile details, settings, billing status, support requests, security events, and product diagnostics.
  • Information you provide: creator context, briefs, notes, saved ideas, prompts, feedback, and messages you submit.
  • Authorized platform information: the identity, channel or account details, content metadata, comments, and permitted analytics or performance data shown by the scopes you approve. The exact fields vary by platform and feature.
  • ANTRAMIC output: summaries, themes, sentiment labels, questions, recommendations, and other interpretations produced from authorized information. These are ANTRAMIC-generated outputs, not metrics or endorsements supplied by a platform.
  • Website information: basic request and device information needed to serve and secure the site, plus a theme preference stored in your browser if you choose one.

3. YouTube API Services and Google data

ANTRAMIC uses YouTube API Services for creator-authorized YouTube features. Depending on the scopes displayed when you authorize access, we may receive Google account identity, channel and video metadata, comments, public statistics, and YouTube Analytics reporting data for a channel you own or are permitted to manage. We use that information to display private channel reports, help you understand audience feedback, and operate the features you request. We do not ask for your Google password or use this read-only connection to post, edit, or delete YouTube content.

Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling. We do not publish a creator's authorized YouTube data as a public benchmark. Where AI analysis is enabled, selected authorized content such as comments may be sent to OpenAI as a service processor to produce the requested output; access is limited to the purposes described here.

4. Instagram and X pilot connections

Instagram and X connections are limited pilots, available only to eligible accounts with the relevant platform approval. A creator must authorize each connection. For an Instagram professional account, approved access may include account identifiers, media details, comments, and available account or media insights. For X, approved read access may include account identity, posts, replies, and available performance counts. We use this information for private account-specific reports and clearly labeled ANTRAMIC interpretations. We do not request a password, sell connected data, use it to target ads, or publish private reports.

Connecting X involves communicating with X to request authorization and retrieve permitted account information through its API. We associate your connected X account with your ANTRAMIC workspace only after you opt in to that connection; we do not match other people's X identities to off-platform records without the required consent. We do not send your YouTube or Instagram content to X. Platform data and displays can change when content is edited, restricted, or removed. We work to reflect those changes and remove material no longer available under the relevant platform rules.

Review Meta's Privacy Policy, the Meta terms, the X Privacy Policy, and the X Developer Policy for their own practices. TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn connections shown as planned on this site do not currently collect account data through the public site.

5. Why we use information

We use information to authenticate and protect accounts; provide an authorized connection and the requested Creator OS features; generate private reports and ANTRAMIC interpretations; respond to support and data requests; administer subscriptions or requested communications; detect abuse and maintain the service; and meet legal or platform obligations. We do not use connected platform data for unrelated advertising or public research.

6. Who receives information

Authorized account members can see data within permissions you grant. Service providers may process information for hosting, databases, AI analysis, email, monitoring, payment administration, and support only to help deliver or secure ANTRAMIC. OpenAI may process selected content for enabled AI features. Tally processes information you choose to submit in our early-access form. We may disclose information when you direct us to, when required by law, or when reasonably needed to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information or connected platform data.

Brand and affiliate matching shown on this site is a planned workflow, not an active marketplace. Connecting YouTube, Instagram, or X does not let a brand or affiliate partner see your private reports. Before any future matching or sharing feature uses connected information, we would explain the specific data and purpose, obtain any new consent required, and confirm that the use and recipient are allowed by the relevant platform. You would choose whether to participate and what information to provide to a prospective partner. We would not open raw authorized YouTube API data to a brand or affiliate partner merely because you connected your channel.

7. Retention, refresh, and deletion

We keep information only as needed for the disclosed feature, support, security, billing, or legal purpose and subject to each platform's limits. Authorized YouTube API data is subject to YouTube's refresh and deletion requirements, including the 30-day limit for data that must be refreshed or removed. When you disconnect a connection or revoke access, the connection is stopped and the associated erasure process is initiated. Authorized YouTube data associated with a revoked consent must be deleted as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Erasure covers connected source records and copies controlled by ANTRAMIC, including related derived records where required. Limited audit records may be retained where policy and law allow, without the deleted API content.

Account closure and verified deletion requests are handled through the same privacy workflow. Some records may need to be retained for a specific legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction obligation. Contact us to learn the status of a request or to report data that remains after a platform deletion.

8. Your controls and requests

You can review connection scopes before consenting. Use available connection controls in your ANTRAMIC account to disconnect a platform, or email team@antramic.ai to request disconnect, access, correction, export, or deletion. You can also remove ANTRAMIC's Google access through Google Account Connections or Google Security Settings. Disconnecting in ANTRAMIC is intended to revoke the provider token and schedule erasure; if a provider does not confirm revocation, remove access in the provider's own settings as well. You can revoke Instagram or X access using their account settings.

9. Website, waitlist, and newsletter

This public site stores your chosen light or dark theme in browser local storage. Production marketing pages and published creator profile pages use Microsoft Clarity to understand page use, including clicks, scrolling and device information, and Google Analytics to count page views and referral sources. We configure both with advertising and analytics cookie storage denied, so neither sets measurement cookies or identifies you across visits; Google Analytics also runs with IP anonymisation, Google signals and ad personalisation off. We mask the App Opener form and private results, and do not send account identities to either. If you arrive on a link that carries an affiliate code, and only then, we load LemonSqueezy’s affiliate script so a creator who referred you is credited if you subscribe; it stores an anonymous identifier for that purpose and is not loaded at all for a visit that carries no code. On a creator profile page the session recording is masked at the document, so it captures how visitors move through the page rather than the name, image and links that creator published. Microsoft describes its processing in the Clarity privacy information, and Google in how Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites. Ordinary hosting logs may record request and security information. The early access form opens Tally, which processes the details you submit under its privacy policy. Joining the waitlist does not authorize a social connection.

Creator Notes is a separate newsletter. If you email us to subscribe, we use your address to handle that request and send the newsletter. We do not subscribe you merely because you joined the waitlist. Reply or email us to unsubscribe and request deletion of that contact record.

10. Security and other rights

We use access controls, server-side credential handling, and encryption in transit to protect connected information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. We will consider requests under applicable law and platform obligations. ANTRAMIC is designed for creators and businesses, not for children under 13.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when features, processors, permissions, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will receive a new date and additional notice when required. For any privacy request, email team@antramic.ai. See also our Terms of Service and support page.
